Spring Equinox Women's Wellness Workshop

Join the Friends of Schumacher Farm Park for a Women's Wellness Workshop. The Spring Equinox represents a lightening and lifting up that has been building since the full Worm Moon. Each workshop is 6:30-8:30 pm and will include:

• Candlelit gentle yoga (all abilities and experience welcome; blocks and various modifications provided) to reap the benefits of movement for our bodies, minds, and souls.
• A guided meditation (yoga nidra) to nurture ourselves through deep rest and relaxation.
• Journaling and setting intentions around a bonfire with soothing warm beverage.

For women only. Tickets required, space is limited. $35 per person.
