Celebration of Bill Lunney: 50 Years Of Conservation Leadership

Event Description

The Foundation for Dane County Parks invites you to come celebrate the conservation legacy of Bill Lunney.
Bill is retiring after 30 years of service as Park Commission Chair and over 50 of service in county government. All proceeds from the event will support the Friends of Dane County Parks Endowment Fund at the Madison Community Foundation. Please join us to celebrate the inspiring leadership of Bill Lunney these past 50 years. Program starts at 6:00 pm. Food and drinks will be provided.

Memory Book:
We know that many of you have worked with Bill over the years and have many fond memories and stories. We will be creating a printed memory book for Bill so he can look back at all that has been accomplished and everyone he has worked with during his years of service. Please share a story, memory, or message of goodwill that we can add to the book even if you are unable to attend the event. Email these messages and/or photos to foundationfordanecountyparks@gmail.com by September 30.
