Submit an Event

Use this form to request that your event be added to our events calendar. Reminder to review your text for spelling and content before submitting.

Events allowed include:

• A public event in the Dane County Park System, such as a walk/run; bike event, music event, fishing tournament, etc. These must have an approved Special Event Permit before being submitted to this calendar.
• An educational event related to Dane County’s land or water resources

This calendar is displayed available on both the Dane County Land & Water Resources Department and Dane County Parks Division websites. Please allow up to 5 days for staff to approve your event. If you submitted an event that is already on the calendar but need to make a change or cancel the event, email dane-parks@danecounty.gov to let us know.
